Exercice 1 — Complétez avec la bonne construction impersonnelle

Complétez chaque phrase en utilisant la construction impersonnelle appropriée (it + verbe ou there + be) à la forme correcte.

1. ___ (be) said that regular practice is the key to fluency in any foreign language.
2. ___ (be) three major objections to the proposed policy that the committee had overlooked.
3. ___ (appear) that the documents had been deliberately altered before the trial began.

Exercice 2 — Corrigez les erreurs dans les constructions impersonnelles

Chaque phrase contient une erreur liée à une construction impersonnelle. Réécrivez la phrase entière correctement.

1. It is believed to have be a significant shift in public opinion following the scandal.
2. There is raining heavily outside, so the outdoor ceremony has been cancelled.
3. It seems to be several unresolved issues with the contract that need immediate attention.
4. There is thought that the ancient ruins date back to the early Bronze Age.

Exercice 3 — Transformez les phrases en constructions impersonnelles

Reformulez chaque phrase en utilisant une construction impersonnelle avec 'it' ou 'there', sans changer le sens de la phrase d'origine.

1. People generally assume that economic growth automatically reduces inequality.
2. Experts report that no viable solution has yet been found to address the housing crisis.
3. Nobody can deny that the new regulations have had a profound impact on small businesses.
