Exercice 1 — Complétez avec la bonne forme passive

Complétez chaque phrase avec la forme passive correcte du verbe entre parenthèses, en respectant le temps indiqué par le contexte.

  1. The new bridge ___ (open) by the mayor last Friday.
  2. All reports ___ (submit) to the director before the deadline next week.
  3. The suspect ___ (question) by the police for three hours when his lawyer arrived.
  4. A new treatment for this disease ___ (develop) by researchers since 2018.

Exercice 2 — De la voix active à la voix passive

Transformez chaque phrase active en phrase passive. Conservez le même temps verbal et incluez le complément d'agent lorsqu'il est présent.

  1. The government will announce the new measures tomorrow.
  2. Scientists have not yet discovered a cure for this illness.
  3. The committee was reviewing the proposals when the chairman arrived.
  4. They had already repaired the damaged road before the storm hit.
Correction

  1. The new measures will be announced by the government tomorrow.
  2. A cure for this illness has not yet been discovered by scientists.
  3. The proposals were being reviewed by the committee when the chairman arrived.
  4. The damaged road had already been repaired before the storm hit.

Exercice 3 — Corrigez les erreurs au passif

Chaque phrase contient une erreur dans la construction de la forme passive. Identifiez l'erreur et réécrivez la phrase correctement.

  1. The documents were sign by the manager yesterday.
  2. This novel has been wrote by a famous British author.
  3. The meeting is been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
  4. Several mistakes were being made by the team during the presentation, but they not were corrected.
