Exercice 1 — Le gérondif comme sujet ou complément
Complétez chaque phrase avec la forme gérondif du verbe entre parenthèses.

Exercice 2 — De l'infinitif au gérondif
Réécrivez chaque phrase en transformant la construction soulignée en gérondif, sans changer le sens de la phrase.
- To cycle to work is a great way to stay active. (Réécrivez en commençant par le gérondif.)
- She decided to stop and smoke a cigarette. (Utilisez 'stop' suivi du gérondif pour exprimer l'abandon de l'action.)
- He left the room without saying goodbye. (Reformulez en utilisant 'without' suivi du gérondif de 'say'.)
- To learn a new language takes a lot of patience and practice. (Réécrivez en commençant par le gérondif.)

Exercice 3 — Repérez l'erreur avec le gérondif
Chaque phrase contient une erreur liée à l'usage du gérondif. Réécrivez la phrase entière et correctement.
