Exercice 1 — Choisissez la bonne salutation
Pour chaque situation, sélectionnez la salutation anglaise la plus appropriée parmi les quatre propositions.
- You meet your boss at the office at 9 a.m. What do you say?
- You see a friend in the street. What is the most common informal greeting?
- It is 7 p.m. and you greet a colleague at a formal dinner. What do you say?

Exercice 2 — Associez la salutation à sa situation
Reliez chaque salutation anglaise à la situation qui lui correspond le mieux.
- Good morning!
- Good afternoon!
- Hi!

- Good morning! is used to greet someone formally or informally in the early hours of the day.
- Good afternoon! is used to greet someone between midday and early evening.
- Hi! is an informal and friendly greeting used with people you know well.
- Good night! is used to say farewell or wish someone well at the end of the evening.
Exercice 3 — Complétez les salutations
Complétez chaque phrase en remplaçant ___ par la salutation anglaise correcte apprise dans le cours.
