Exercice 1 — Complétez avec l'impératif

Complétez chaque phrase en écrivant la forme correcte de l'impératif présent à partir du verbe entre parenthèses.

  1. ___ (open) the window, please.
  2. ___ (listen) to the teacher carefully.
  3. Don't ___ (talk) in the library.
  4. ___ (sit) down and ___ (take) out your book.
Correction

  1. Open the window, please.
  2. Listen to the teacher carefully.
  3. Don't talk in the library.
  4. Sit down and take out your book.

Exercice 2 — Transformez en impératif

Transformez chaque phrase déclarative en une phrase à l'impératif présent, en conservant le même sens.

  1. You should close the door.
  2. You must not eat in the classroom.
  3. You should drink a glass of water every morning.
  4. You must not forget your homework.
Correction

  1. Close the door.
  2. Don't eat in the classroom.
  3. Drink a glass of water every morning.
  4. Don't forget your homework.

Exercice 3 — Corrigez les erreurs

Chaque phrase contient une erreur dans la formation de l'impératif présent. Récrivez la phrase entière correctement.

  1. Opens the door, please.
  2. Not run in the corridor.
  3. To read the instructions before you start.
  4. Does your homework before dinner.
Correction

  1. Open the door, please.
  2. Don't run in the corridor.
