Exercice 1 — ¿Qué dices en esta situación?

Lee cada situación y elige la frase más adecuada para una llamada telefónica en inglés.

Exercice 2 — Completa el diálogo telefónico

Completa los turnos de habla marcados con ___ para formar un diálogo telefónico natural y correcto en inglés.

1. Receptionist: Good morning, Greenfield Solutions. How can I help you? / Caller: ___, this is Laura Pérez calling. Could I speak to Mr. Davies, please?
2. Receptionist: I'm sorry, Mr. Davies is not available right now. / Caller: ___?

Exercice 3 — Di lo mismo de forma más educada

Estas frases son demasiado directas o incorrectas para una llamada telefónica formal en inglés. Reformúlalas de manera apropiada.

1. I want to talk to the manager.
