Exercice 1 — Completa las estructuras hipotéticas
Completa cada frase con la forma verbal correcta del verbo entre paréntesis para formar una estructura hipotética adecuada.
- If she ___ (study) harder, she would pass the exam.
- He would have called you if he ___ (know) your number.
- If I ___ (be) you, I would accept that job offer immediately.
- They ___ (travel) around the world if they had saved enough money.
Correction
- If she studied harder, she would pass the exam.
- He would have called you if he had known your number.
- If I were you, I would accept that job offer immediately.
- They would have travelled around the world if they had saved enough money.
Exercice 2 — Transforma las frases hipotéticas
Transforma cada frase real o directa en una estructura hipotética equivalente, manteniendo el sentido original.
- She doesn't have a car, so she can't drive to work. (Use a second conditional)
- He didn't set his alarm, so he missed the flight. (Use a third conditional)
- I don't speak Japanese, so I can't understand the film. (Use a second conditional)
- They didn't invest in that company, so they didn't make a profit. (Use a third conditional)
Correction
- If she had a car, she could drive to work.
- If he had set his alarm, he wouldn't have missed the flight.
- If I spoke Japanese, I would be able to understand the film.
- If they had invested in that company, they would have made a profit.
Exercice 3 — Corrige los errores hipotéticos
Cada frase contiene un error relacionado con las estructuras hipotéticas. Identifica el error y escribe la frase correcta completa.
- If I would have more time, I would learn to play the piano.
- She would passed the test if she had studied the night before.
- If he was more careful, he wouldn't make so many mistakes.
