Exercise 1 — Conjugate in futur proche or futur simple

Complete each sentence by conjugating the verb in brackets in the tense indicated.

1. Ce soir, nous ___ (aller + regarder) un film ensemble. (futur proche)
2. Demain matin, elle ___ (prendre) le train à 8h. (futur simple)
3. Tu ___ (aller + finir) tes devoirs avant le dîner ? (futur proche)

Exercise 2 — From futur proche to futur simple

Transform each sentence from the futur proche to the futur simple without changing the general meaning.

1. Je vais parler avec mon professeur demain.

Exercise 3 — Correct the conjugation mistakes

Each sentence contains a conjugation mistake in the future tense. Rewrite the sentence correctly.

1. Demain, je vais être content de te voir.
2. Elle va aller à la plage la semaine prochaine. → Au futur simple : Elle irera à la plage la semaine prochaine.
3. Nous allons pouvoir finir ce projet. → Au futur simple : Nous pouvrons finir ce projet.
